WHY 99?

99 is a number that shows up frequently in Dianna's life. She graduated nursing school and  married in 1999.She also has a huge family history in aviation. She has been around airplanes her entire life. In 1929, there were 117 female pilots.  Amelia Earhart called a meeting and 99 women showed up. They named  themselves the 99's.   Of course we can't forget Houston's finest, JJ Watt #99.

HOW WE GOT OUR START

After 20 years of being a Registered Nurse, Dianna observed conventional medicine that is failing us. As a society our medications are getting stronger and more powerful but yet our health and wellness are declining.  This led to her searching for a different way of delivering healthcare. She found Functional Medicine.  This type of medicine gets to the root of the issue, treating the patient as a whole through lifestyle modifications and personalized treatments.

She continues to build a caring team that shares this philosophy.

$150 a month or $20 drop in

Everyone is at a different stage on their own journey. You will find a variety of fitness levels, ages and abilities but all with one common goal of improving their health and wellness.  45 mins to 60 mins long. Lists forming of more days and times. Inquire about availability. No contracts, no sign up fees.

1:1 personal trainer session designed to meet your individual goals and needs. The price range is determined by the level of trainer and the complexity of the client.

Personal Training Sessions expire 3 months from date of purchase
